Hi, I'm Katie Kay -
I'm a Midlife Transformation Coach helping women reclaim their radiance throughout their mind, body, and soul.
I believe midlife isn't a crisis to survive or a season to simply endure, I believe it's an invitation.
An invitation to pause long enough to hear yourself again.
To understand your changing body instead of fighting it.
To soothe a nervous system that may have spent decades in fight + flight, shut down, or holding everything together.
To grieve what was, honour who you've been, and intentionally create what comes next.
For many women, midlife arrives carrying anxiety, overwhelm, shifting hormones, stubborn weight gain, changing relationships, exhaustion, or a growing sense that the life they've built no longer reflects the woman they're becoming…all things that are incredibly uncomfortable to endure.
But what if these experiences weren't signs that something was wrong with you? What if they were gentle nudges inviting you home to yourself?
I believe, they often are.
How I Help
My work blends science, nervous system education, holistic nutrition, somatic practices, spirituality, and deep body wisdom to support women in understanding what their minds, bodies, and souls have been trying to communicate all along.
Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, stress responses, habits, and expectations that may have helped you survive previous chapters of life but no longer serve the woman you're becoming.
We'll learn how to regulate your nervous system, rebuild trust with your body, support your changing hormones, reconnect with your intuition, and cultivate practices that help you feel calm, energized, emotionally resilient, and deeply alive.
This work isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you've always been beneath the responsibilities, roles, expectations, and survival strategies.
